Order Processing
Because our jewelry is handmade, processing times may vary.
Orders are typically processed within [3–7] business days after payment is received.
Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time.
Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit times.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating packages but cannot guarantee carrier performance.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged during shipping:

Any visible damage to the package.
Upon review, we may provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our No Refund Policy.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue at no additional cost.
