Thank you for supporting Domiella Saintpaulia. Each piece of jewelry is handmade and developed with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Returns
All purchases made through Domiella Saintpaulia are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Personal preference regarding color, style, or appearance
Gift purchases
Normal wear and tear
Minor variations resulting from the handmade nature of our jewelry
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
Damaged During Shipping Exception
If your order arrives damaged as a result of shipping, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To qualify:
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
You must provide:
Your order number;
Photographs of the damaged jewelry;
Photographs of the shipping packaging and any visible shipping damage.
The damage must have occurred during transit and not after delivery.
Upon review, Domiella Saintpaulia may, at its discretion:
Replace the damaged item with the same or a substantially similar item; or
Issue a refund for the purchase price of the damaged item.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
Virginia Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any rights or remedies that may be available to consumers under applicable Virginia or federal law. If a product is defective or if applicable law requires a remedy, Domiella Saintpaulia will comply with all legal obligations.
